§ 183-18. Compliance with management area regulations; interference with markers.

No person shall violate the Commissioner of Environmental Control's prohibitions, restrictions or regulations with regard to the taking of shellfish from a management area.

B.
No person shall remove stakes, buoys or other devices used to mark a management area or Town lands under water.
