§ 183-14. Seasons during which oysters may be taken.

A.
No oysters or oyster sets shall be taken from Town lands under water from May 15 to August 31, both inclusive, in any year.

B.
A person who takes oysters from Town lands under water out of season shall immediately return such oysters.
